The Science Behind Attraction

Recently, I made a TikTok video on attractiveness and how quickly some of my clients were able to find girlfriends. It was astounding to see how my first two male clients were able to find partners within just two or three months of enrolling in my program. One of them even found success within the first month! The other lost 20 pounds in a month, while the second guy lost an impressive 46 pounds in two months.

Facial symmetry is a key factor in attraction. It is not simply about looking aesthetically pleasing, but rather, our brains are wired to recognize facial symmetry as a sign of good health and strong genes. This is because symmetrical faces indicate a lack of disease in one's DNA, making them an ideal candidate for procreation and producing healthy offspring. Therefore, it is not surprising that the more symmetrical a person's face is, the more attractive they appear to others.

Secondary sexual characteristics also play a significant role in attraction. For example, when presented with two women, men tend to choose those with a curve in their lower back, as this indicates a better ability to bear healthy children. Similarly, when men work out, they develop broader shoulders, stronger chests, and other masculine features that make them more attractive to women. Women who work out also become more physically active, which makes them more appealing to men.

Confidence is another essential component of attraction. Working out can help people feel better about themselves, leading to increased confidence and happiness. Additionally, getting high-quality sleep is crucial for maintaining good health and well-being, which in turn affects one's attractiveness.

Finally, fixing physical defects such as crooked teeth can significantly increase one's attractiveness. By making oneself into a good physical specimen, one becomes more appealing to potential partners. This is because our brains are wired to recognize healthy individuals as ideal candidates for procreation.

In conclusion, attraction is not just about physical appearance, but rather a complex interplay of various factors such as facial symmetry, secondary sexual characteristics, confidence, and overall health. By working out, getting enough sleep, and fixing physical defects, one can become a more attractive candidate for procreation and producing healthy offspring.
